What's more, the author has not mentioned the subsidy provided by the company such as meal allowance, three golds, bonuses, etc., which should be higher than 2,000 yuan / month. The second thing was when I was interviewing a business person, who was a young man born in 1985, with good manners and work experience. He applied for a regional manager. After listening to it, he directly said, "I don't accept it. My goal is to be a regional manager with a monthly salary of more than 2,000 yuan. I won't consider being a county-level manager." . However, what value do you think you can bring to the company right now?
Two small examples reflect the slightly impetuous mentality of the current employees. Of course, this is not the case for everyone. There are still some people who, despite their strong ability and experience, are still willing to accept the treatment and work that the company gives their county managers, because they know that they have no value in this company at present, The once brilliance and value are just a reference and have no practical significance.
